I love how the horse looks overat her like “Yo, whats up?”
Amusing animals aside, your artwork is amazing. The blue and pink combination for the background just blows me away. Can’t wait to keep reading!
waitaminute! Did she just hi-jack that wagon?!
Those first panel colors are insanely great. Sun Prairie really looks so distinctly different than Lookback in the colors alone!
I concur. I am consistently blown away by how gorgeous the colours are.
Now, remember this time to shoot before talking. Get him through the window. He won’t have time to use his magnet hands.
Yes, I agree with 12th… shoot first!
12th? Is that you?
Say, she didn’t kill in cold blood the former of owners of the wagon now, did she? They we both of a friendly sort. Hope too see them in some future installment.
I’m guessing she chased them away from the wagon and took it. Maybe left them their dynamite, too?
Taking a wagon load of dynamite with you to confront a man who throws fire around? Not a great idea. 😛
So, yeah, probably left that behind.
You know, it’s funny, I went over all the previous panels looking at the scenery. I really like that often with the non building/character aspects you color them in with a mix of colored blots. I mean, I’m aware it’s probably due to only having so much time in a day but I feel like the mix in focus and out of focus scenery gives the comic a nice dreamy feel. Kind of adds a softness to the imagery that’s pleasing on the eye.
Thank you, sir! I really do try to make what is essentially an exercise in cutting corners work visually.
Wanted outlaw, notorious witch, and now (apparently) a decent fiddle player.
Wonder if he ever sold a solid gold fiddle in his youth to fund his later misadventures.
Fiddles, eh? Makes me think of the ‘Devil went down to Georgia’ song by the Charlie Daniels Band. Mr. Hunter seems the type to challenge the Morningstar himself.
The point: you’ve found it.
So, she is sitting next to a big heap of dynamite and a pyromancer can see her any moment.
This is a rather volatile situation, isn’t it?
wait a second, his name’s john and he plays the fiddle? is this in any way connected to “the devil went down to georgia”?
Oh man, and she has a cart of dynamite. This won’t end well.
