You've already sampled some of the goods here on the NTO site, now get my friends and I paid and get the rest!
Since it was now a full year ago, I'm going to let the rest of you in on this super secret coloring process video I did for Patrons way back in 2014 (I polled gracious contributors with a survey as to what kind of tutorial they'd like to see and they overwhelmingly requested a coloring process video), and remind everyone that if my Patreon gets over $500 I'll do these monthly (or more!) along with some other cool bonuses. Thanks, guys! See you in Diamondback Ridge!
EDIT: It was brought to my attention that my selection of jams in the original video made it unviewable in some countries. This is a bummer, since the tracklist was my favorite bit of an otherwise long, dry video, but if you're in Germany, etc., and want to check it out sans offending audio, here's that link.
The Specialists is a WWII-era comic, so I had some fun picturing functionally-attired, sensible Kate/Lightning Lass (pictured) as a nose art/pinup girl.

Not-for-profit MCBA's Fall con is coming up in October, and I'll be attending this year, so if you're going to be in the greater MN area October 10, please come say hi!
If you miss me there but are still in the frozen north in October I might be at Mighty Con in Madison on the 25th (unconfirmed).
Investigating tabling at Wizard World Madison again in 2016, as well as C2E2, but the latter may not be in the budget. I'll keep you posted. As my little guy gets older I expect my con attendance to grow proportionately. Let me know if there's a show you'd like to see me at!
Early in the week my cousin finished 4 years' service in the Navy; I figured I was good to throw over my comicking for a few days to see him and celebrate since I still had the rest of the week ... but then I spent all of Thursday in the ER with my husband. He'll be fine, now, but he hasn't been in any shape to help with the toddler, and so here we are. Sorry for the gap, folks, especially on Father's Day, but I'm sure you understand.
